Question: If I have problems with my teeth and believe I have some sort of infection in them, could that affect my general health? Could it affect my over all mental health also? Could it make me feel tired, and mess up my digestive tract?

Hi

Thanks for writing in.

If you have dental problem you will not be able to have proper nutrition it will lead to stress, weakness & malnutrition.
If there is abscess in any tooth , it may lead to toothache & referred pain to other parts.
Indirectly dental problem has lot of influence on other diseases.
Hence try to maintain proper oral hygiene & visit your dentist every 6 months for regular check up.
