Suggest Treatment For Infection In The Urinary Tract

Question: hello doctor...i am in my 37th week of pregnancy n i got 30-40 pus cells in my urine culture with few wbc's and 0-2 rbc's with oxalate crystals and ph 5.5 , what does this signify???
