Question : Hi I am a 35 yr male with diabetes. Am suffering from infection on my penis and the foreskin also do not slide back.

I am on insulin novomix 30 and metasens 1000

Previously when this condition was resolved by ceftum 250 flucanazole kit for 2 weeks.

Now it is repeating

Please advice

Thanks for the query

It looks like you have phimosis. Here is what I recommend

1. you can restart ceftum and fluconazole for 7 days
2. Keep the area clean and moist free
3. Make sure that this time after treatment with antibiotics you approach a surgeon for a curcumsicion. Recurrent phimosis is an indication for Surgey especially in a diabetic
