Hi, I have provided some attachments. Please review them.
Brief Answer:
Infection of oral cavity
Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,
Thank you for providing the photos. I've just received them.
I was going through them and noted the yellow dots and sore / ulcerated mucosa.
They are all indicating infection of oral cavity. If I was your caring doctor would advise oral swab culture for bacteria and Candida. To me, you need prescription antibiotics to start.
Until the results are in, I recommend to keep good oral hygiene. Gargle with warm water and salt. Rinse with oral antiseptic continuously.
Avoid too hot/chilly foods/drinks.
Hope this helps.
