Question: I have the runs all day today. went the toilet several times. This is not normal for me.
I had a cheese sandwhich for lunch and things seemed tto calm down.
Tonight after supper I again had to rush to the toilet. When I went I saw there was what appeared to be blood in the toilet along with my stools.

Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description it appears to be infectious diarrhea. If there is blood in stool and associated fever with leucocytosis then antibiotics need to be initiated. Fluid replacement should be done to avoid dehydration. Antispasmodic medication like hyoscine can be advised for the cramps and spasm.

please consult your doctor before taking any further course of action

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
