Brief Answer: Findings of folliclar study are normal. Detailed Answer: Hello XXXXXX Thanks for writing to HCM According to reports you have polycystic ovarian disease(PCOD) like features and in present follicular study there are two dominant follicles in left ovary and one dominant follicle in right ovary.Endometrial thickness(ET) is also normal.Endometrial thickness varies with the stage of menstrual cycle. PCOD(polycystic ovarian disease)is a completely curable disease and you are responding well to medicines. One of the dominant follicle will take part in ovulation and it will be available for fertilization. You should complete your follicular study and plan unprotected intercourse within 24-48 hours of ovulation due to maximum chance of fertilization in this period. Ovulation will be indicated by mild free fluid in POD and irregularity in ovary due to rupture of follicle. Wish you all the best. Hope I have answered your question. Further queries are most welcome. Take Care Dr.Indu XXXXXXX
