Brief Answer:
There may be issues in conceiving

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
welcome to HealthcareMagic.

I think there can be issues in your conceiving because you have two problems. One is hypothyroidism and other is pco. The thing is that in PCO as well thyroid patients, ovulation doesn't happen regularly. But medicines are available for the induction of ovulation and you can track your ovulation by repeated ultrasound or ovulation detection kits. So, whenever you plan pregnancy, you can try naturally for 6 months. If it doesn't work, then you can go for these medicines. Take your thyroid medicine properly and get your thyroid profile checked at intervals to keep it in normal range.

For now, you can have a healthy lifestyle. Include lots of water, fruits and green vegetables. Try to lose some weight and maintain a normal weight according to your height. It will help a lot in future. Also, try to do some yoga and exercises daily. Make it a habit. You can continue the medicines. you can also try some other medicines like metformin and myoinositol after discussing with your doctor.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any other query, I will be happy to help.
