Brief Answer:
Age related changes

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply

1. You have mentioned your wife's age as 35 years. Generally the quality of egg obtained are not great in women at this age.

2. If you have frozen embryos please go for FET and take the chance.

3. If it doesn't succeed it is preferable to go for IVF with donor eggs.

4. The ovaries have certain no. of eggs and they diminish with age. This age related effect is showing on her eggs. Therefore no drug can increase them.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Thanks a lot Dr. Koregoi
1. As i was told by the doctor that not all cycles are same, so can we go for another stimulation cycle after one month, till then she would be in supplements for 120days. while she was in ovares and conseval for 60 days in the last cycle.
2. Is it worthwhile to go for FETof the grade 3 embryo along with the grade 1,does the grade 3 embryo clinically have chances of being a malformed foetus if it implants
Please suggest, as it has been very confussing and distressing for both of us- your inputs would surely help us take a decission on FET in August2014 or go for another stimulation cycle. i believe- you come across many such cases very: concern here is any women you want to carry her own child rather than go for donated eggs. Yes, if the odds are against us then it is definitely the backup plan.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Its worthwhile trying FET as there is a grade 1 embryo along with grade 3. The malformed baby is not related to grade of embryos.

Another attempt can be made but chances are high you might find same result.

I understand it is hard to accept donor eggs but options are limited for you and you need to be realistic as age cannot be reversed.

Go for donor egg IVF directly if you are not keen on FET.
