You need a few tests to find cause.

Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
You and your partner need to get certain basic tests done to understand if any obvious cause exists that explains delayed conception. I suggest you the following for the same.
1. Serum TSH and free T4
2. Serum prolactin
3. Transvaginal ultrasound scan with antral follicular count (this has to be done in the fertility centre)
4. Menstrual history
5. Husband's semen analysis
6. Serum AMH
7. Tube test or hysterosalpingogram
