Question: Hello sir/madam
Me and my wife trying for a baby..as I heard from guys..they says dnt take back yours penis after ejaculation from vegina..atleast for one minute..it increses yours chances to conceive..and do it before 4 days of yours regular periods...this time also did sex on ovulation days..
actly I am very eagerly waiting for any good news...do you have any suggetions...we are trying frm 3 months

For successful pregnancy, you have to do unprotected sexual intercourse during her OVULATION day (14 days prior to due date) or FERTILE days (11th to 19th day of 28 to 30 days regular cycle) with 1 to 2 inch penetration inside vagina.
You have to try with this method for at least 6 -12 months to impregnate her and she will continue to use OVULATION PREDICTION KIT in the MID cycle to track down ovulation day to maximize chance of pregnancy.
However, deep penetration inside vagina is preferred. She can use one pillow under her buttock for better penetration. Back flow of semen from vagina is NORMAL thing after ejaculation. There is NO definite time to keep penis inside vagina to maximize chances. However, 30 sec to 1 min is sufficient.
You both should take Multivitamins and Folic Acid supplements for at least 3 months with healthy diet and fresh fruits. Do regular light physical exercise. Avoid mental stress by yoga or meditation and maintain genital hygiene properly.
