Suggest Treatment For Inflamed Lump

Question : I have a hard lump looks like a boil, it's very hot and feels inflamed is there anything I can do or antibiotics I can take?

Can you please attach a photo of it?

Generally inflamed lump can contain pus. If so, the pus should be drained. Without it, antibiotic may be ineffective.
That is why it is good to consult general surgeon with such problem. Antibiotic like Amoxicilline can be also give however after the incision.
