Question : what can i do for a really bad inflamed case of eczema, but we do not have insurance?

Hello
You can apply a strong steroid cream like clibetasol in night and an antibacterial cream like mupirocine in day. Both these are usually available over the counter.
Also take an anti histamine tablet daily for a week.
You will get good relief.
