Question : Hi, I have an inflamed urinary tract in my penis. I had contact with externally with a virgina recently 3 days.
She was very rough but now I am sore and the tract is inflamed

I am so sorry to hear about this soreness that you have reported and all the inconveniences this has caused you. Before making any permanent calls here, I Would like to obtain some more information from you.

1. For how long have you had an inflamed urinary tract? Was an infection roles out as a possible cause of this inflammation? Do you have any pains when you urinate

2. Did you have any penetrating vaginal intercourse with this lady?

I will like to factor these into the response. I hope to hear from you a soon as possible and I would respond promptly.

In all, if the above information cannot be provided, I would learn more towards the fact that you get tested and any possible urinary tract infection and sexually related disease be excluded. If these tests should nothing to be concerned about at this time, then I will manage the pains and inflammation with drugs. Also, drink much water as this is known to increase urine flow and cleanse the urinary passages.
