Brief Answer:
Eye problem & Ophthalmologic Opinion

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and will provide information from bottom to top.

1. White knots around cornea could be some pathology of the same, so in best interest consult with an Eye Specialist to rule out the same.
PS. since is growing and encroaching could be possible Pterygium and/or Pinguecula unless proved otherwise, so Examination [slit-lamp] is must.
2. any excess exposure to External environment: Ultraviolet (UV) light, wind, dust and dry eye?
3. Any associated symptom(s) present apart from inflammation:
. Blurring of vision
. Itching & burning sensation
. Feeling of heaviness and/or having foreign material in eye?
4.
. Avoid exposure to/from excessive UV light with proper sunglasses and in dry/ dusty conditions
. To clear the vision and lubricate the eyes use prescription medicine ITONE [Dey's] regularly, but at the same time check with an Ophthalmologist for Diagnosis and Examination.
. I will be in better position to guide you, when Examination carried out by Attending Doctor comes Normal, since the advice is not substitute for direct consultation with your doctor.

5.
. In morning put 2-3 drops of cow's urine in each eye. [tested medicine, but after check up]
. dip cotton in milk of swarnkshiri [satyanashi] and allow to dry in shade, after drying again dip in the milk and again dry [do this 16 times], thereafter make a wick and burn in mustard oil pot [sarson ke tel ka diya] to make corrylium [kajal]. Put this XXXXXXX safe in a bottle and apply at night time.

PS. helps in reducing the number of glass and/or even permanent solution to near/far vision.
