Suggest Treatment For Inflammation On Penis

Question: some two years back while having intercourse my penis got scratch at top, and got treated with antibiotic ointment....and get cured.... some days back i spoted a black circle with rough surface most probably some portion with redish spot on the same circle....a started using neosprin plain ointment and after applying for some days the rough surface and reddisg vanished but the black spot like circle is still there...will u please tell me what is this \/// why it happened and wht is the treatment??????

Some lesions can lead to pigmentation .I.e called post inflammatory hyper pigmentation. It may resolve on its own but over a period of time.

Than doc. Fr reply...as desired i hv uploaded and send the potograps of effected portion of penis....as alrady mentioned..i hv not consulted any doc. Nor i hv any type of disease of the part except TG, FATT LIVER AND GERD..FORwhich i m taing regular medicine besides vitamin D defficiency...hope this infor wl suffice and u will guide me properly about the reasos and effects if any

The photos are not clear. I could make out 2 pigmented lesion on glans .
You can just maintain hygiene of the area.there is no need of any topical treatment for now
Just observe whether it increases .
Otherwise it will gradually decrease on its own.
