Brief Answer:
Stop the exposure right away. Get an X-ray

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for posting your query and welcome to healthcaremagic.com

The problem with gasoline fumes inhalation is the development of chemical pneumonia, which I hope is not set in in your case.

No treatment is possible to remove the inhaled fumes, they will gradually get removed on their own, only thing is, the fumes can cause chemical pneumonia, which can complicate things, so in acute conditions where you have difficulty breathing, you would require supportive treatment such as bronchodialotaors or in some cases, ventilatory support.

My suggestion to you would be to get yourself examined by your doctor to see if you have developed any signs of pneumonia, once that is ruled out, further management can be planned.

I hope this answers your question, please feel free to write back if you have any further concerns.

Wishing you speedy recovery.

Kind regards.
