Suggest Treatment For Injury To Penis

Question: Hi I had sex with a girl 2 days ago. It lasted for a very long time and she played it rough. She played with my penis and applied too much force. I couldnt feel the pain during the intercourse because I was a bit drunk and excited. The next day I noticed thay the bottom part below the head of my penis was red as if the skin was peeled off and it burned when I applied water. After that I noticed my penis was sticking to my underwear. I checked it once more and there was some sticky fluid coming out from that area. Not immediately, but very slowly. I would clean the area and remove the fluid but eventually in it would start coming out again. I checked again today and the fluid is less. It burns when I touch that area and it burns when I apply water. I want to know what happened and if this is a serious problem. I also want advice on how to treat this injury. I am freaking out and I want this to be healed ASAP PLEASE HELP!!!Â

I have gone through your history and understand your concern.

It looks like some injury to the penile mucosa which is causing all these symptoms. As this area is known to have bacteria any breach in mucosa the bacteria can cause infection.

I would suggest you to follow
1. Keep the area clean and dry.
2. Apply T Bact ointment over the injured area.
3. A course of antibiotic like Tab Augmentin, 625 mg twice daily for five days.
4. Abstain from sex till the wound heals.

To take these medicines you need to consult your doctor for examination and getting the prescription.

Keep the area clean and dry, apply the ointment over the area and you can observe for another 2 days.
