Brief Answer:
photograph required

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
Did these blisters appear spontaneously or you have noticed any insect bite or contact with any thing before these blisters appeared.
I would like to see a present photograph of the involved area.
This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis and a better line of management.
I can answer all your queries after seeing photograph.
There is an option to do so on right side of query page.
Please utilize it.
Waiting for your response.
For immediate relief do saline compress.
Warm 200 ml water and add a pinch of salt to it.
This solution you can apply over the blisters using a clean cloth.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
apply a mild steroid

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the photographs.
It has probably happened due to contact with some insect.
There is no actual bite but just contact.
Apply a mild steroid cream like fluticasone twice daily for a week and take anti histamine tablet.
You will get relief with that.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you

Hi doc,

Actually i am concerned about the pain that i have, though it is a bearable pain. but i have been asked to use the hand to minimum use. Need to know why is EMG recommended.

Brief Answer:
EMG not required

Detailed Answer:
Hello
EMG and nerve conduction are advised when there is weakness in muscles.
I hope you have only those skin lesions and no weakness or any other symptoms.
I don't think EMG or nerve conduction tests are required for you.
Let Me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you
