Brief Answer:
Insect bite. follow the instructions below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for posting your query to the forum.

I can understand your concern for the blisters on the skin.

I've analyzed the pictures with best clinical acumen and can make out that the problem is a "Insect bite" due to spider. Other than that this kind of picture is seen in beetle bite known as "blister beetle dermatitis".

There is nothing to be worried about the condition as it is the usual kind of response after spider bite. Due to the release of the toxin locally it causes formation of blisters which we can see in the pictures.

In my patients I puncture the blister very gently by a sterlized needle so that it should ge punctured only and fluid should come out easily. I guide my patients not to remove the skin as the blister skin acts as natural dressing over the raw area.

I suggest my patients to apply a mild steroid with antibiotic cream ( such as flutibact) for two times I a very thin layer so that it should not be visible to the naked eye.

It is better to take an antibiotic tablet such as cefixime 200 mg two time for 5 days to prevent infection. In case of pain a pain killer tablet such as paracetamol can be taken for 2 times for 3 days.

It would take around 5 to 7 days to get the area settled and then next 5 days more for complete healing. So do not worry till that time and don't try to touch or pinch or pop the area. Let the area get complete natural healing in 10 to 14 days.

Make sure that your bed should not be under a tube light or near the wall as the insects and spiders basically crawl from the surface. Expose all your bed and linens along with bed sheets to direct sunlight.

I hope these informations will help you. I will be glad to answer any further queries.

Welcome again to the forum and thanks for your further follow up.

Regarding your pimples over back - this could be case of "Seborrheic acne". I require a picture for further confirmation. SO kindly send a pictures of the back area so that I can guide you best regarding the condition.

For the part of feeling of itching : It is quite usual to find such kind of feeling and we can not call it as allergy till you have any visible eruptions. I suggest my patients to take an antihistamine tablet such as loratadine once daily.

Brief Answer:
"Seborrheic acne"

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,

Welcome to the forum again and thanks for uploading the pictures for best analysis.

After analyzing the pictures by best of my clinical acumen I can make out that you have simple pimples kind of condition which we call as "Seborrheic acne".

To tell you simply Acne or pimples generally appears at the age of 13-14 years and then almost vanishes by the age of 25 years. These typically appears at face but can also appear on our back, chest, shoulders and upto buttock region at the age after 25 years.

These erupts basically due to hormones (chemicals which are influencing one or other body functions including growth, puberty and development of body in adults) in addition to the influence of certain other factors causing its aggravation.

The hormone testosterone and its bye-products plays the most important role in high oil secretion and increase the size of oil glands especially in males. As the pores or ducts of the glands are blocked so it leads to formation of pimples.

There are certain other factors such as application of oily or creamy products, over exposure to sunlight, heat and humidity or due to pinching, popping and squeezing of the pimples also leads to formation of pimples. Once these are healing these leave either marks or scars.

If I were your treating doctor then would have prescribed you a gel containing Clindamycin with Adapalene in it. This should be applied at night time in thinnest possible amount over pimples only.

I hope these informations will help you. I will be glad to answer any further queries.
