Suggest Treatment For Insect Bites All Over Body

Question: My husband was bitten while on vacation on Michigan, at first we thought it was minga knats. it was just around his ankles. The next day he started getting bites on his torso. We went the the DR. In Michigan, and he said it looked liken possible bed bug bites. We called Orkin who checked our house and reported NO bed bugs, but we have had the house sprayed anyway. He keeps getting more and more bites all over his body. At this time he must have over 150 bites all over his body, now starting in his hair and on the palms of his hands. His medical Dr. Is stumped, blood tests were taken and nothing was not normal. The dermatologist took a biopsy, and all he said was there was evidence of some type of insect bites. My husband is in misery.. Some of the bite areas seem to be infected. We are at a lose as to what to do next. Sleep is next to impossible for him. He is using Triacinolone acetonide at present, as well as Aveeno bath treatment. We are at a loose as what to do next. The itching is about to drive him crazy, is there a DR. In the area who might help us?

1. What is the appearance of rash and appx. size?
2. Is the center of the rash clear or red ?
3. Can you share picture of the rash?
4. History of fever?
5. Is the rash flat or slightly raised?
6. Is there any rash around nipple area?
7. Any history of pain in muscles?
8. pain or swelling of joints?
9. History of flu like symptoms?
10.Any past history of chronic illness?
11. Family history of cancer or any disease?
