Question : I have graves disease and have insommia what can I do I have been taking a prescriton for sleep but cannot sleep
Brief Answer:
Are you on drugs for grave's disease?
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
Please, are you on any treatment for this condition? Graves' disease causes insomnia because of excess thyroid hormone levels. If your condition is not well managed, that would be the cause and treatment would rather consist in treating this condition than providing other medications to aid with this.
Please, tell me what you are on currently and we would go from there.
I hope to hear from you. Thanks.
