Question : I'm having trouble sleeping I haven't sleeped in two days also I'm nervous at night. so wanted to know if there was something that I can take for this over the counter?

Thanks for the query.
Generally used sleeping pills are basically prescription drugs and belong to benzodiazipine group.
Over the counter sleeping pills are antihistamines and most commonly used drug is BENADRYL.
You can use it for short term only and if you feel that sleeping is a daily problem,then you are advised to talk to your doctor and discuss with him regarding this.
