Question : I've had lower back pain for several days seems to be getting worse, periodically slight burning sensation in pelvis, seems like I need to urinate more frequently, but still can hold it through a two hour class and just generally not feeling well. I also do not have insurance which complicates things. My regular doctor retired last year and have not yet been able to see her replacement.

Brief Answer:
possible urine infection with or without gravels in urinary system.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I have read your query thoroughly.

* The lower back pain with frequency of urine indicate possible infection in urine
with or without gravels in the urinary tract.
* Guidelines at present

- Drink more liquids as you can.
- Cranberry XXXXXXX once daily in a glass of drinking water.
- Continue current medicines described from your side.
- Do not with held the urine for a long time, which can give additional chances of
infection.

Follow up after 24 hours or early as per the requirement.
Wish you fine recovery.

Regards take care.
