Brief Answer:
may need antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Sinus symptoms can be due to infection or allergies, the symptoms are mostly the same in either case with nasal congestion or runny nose, headache or facial pain, sneezing.

Fever can occur in either case as part of the body's inflammatory reaction.

You have likely been using anti histamine/decongestant combination along with pain killers , if needed.
These should be continued.

Topical nasal sprays and antibiotics may need to be added to this if it is a bacterial infection which is possible since the fever and other symptoms have been ongoing for a while.
Eg of topical sprays include nasonex, nasocort, flonase, rhinocort

IF there is facial pain due to congestion then you may need a mucolytic to help break up the mucus combined with warm compresses to the face (Also to help with drainage).
Warm compresses can be applied for 15 to 20 minutes, 2 to 3 times daily.

Mucolytics such as bisolvan or guaifenesin would help break up any mucus present so that it can be expelled.

I hope this helps , feel free to ask any other questions
