Please provide more information for proper assessment of the condition

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX
I had gone through your question very diligently and i will try to help you out in best possible way.

It was in 2008 when you were diagnosed as hepatosplenomagely, here I would like further information for better assessment of the condition
How frequently you are having fever?
How's your appetite during an episode of fever or in between
Are you passing yellowish colored urine
Have you lost weight
Have you seen an doctor or ordered any investigation please upload me the reports

In my opinion we need to identify the underlying cause for long standing fever through detailed history and a battery of investigations like blood for hemoglobin, CBC, Liver and kidney function test, sputum test for tuberculosis and urine microscopy.
Meanwhile you should boost your immunity by having well balanced diet with all the essential nutrients and multivitamin or minerals supplements if need be.
Please write back to me with these details so that I will be able to tell you more accurately
Best wishes

Brief Answer:
Please consider these guidelines

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome again and thanks for the details
I have gone through all the reports you have uploaded
Splenomegaly with anaemia (low hemoglobin) is a matter of concern.
Since it was 2008, almost 7 years back, in which HRCT was suggestive of fibrotic lesion in lung areas with high ESR and history of weight loss(not so significant), I would advise you for battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin, CBC, PBS for cell morphology and type of anaemia, sputum test for tuberculosis and an HIV test with repeat ultrasound, for confirmation of diagnosis.

You need not to worry even anaemia can cause low grade fever due to fatigue
In my opinion you should consult a nearest doctor for above mentioned investigation, physical examination and to establish a diagnosis.
Immunity booster food are all the fruits and vegetables with meat and meat products, milk and diary products
you can take multivitamin especially B complex and vitamin C
Chayanprash you can take daily.
Minerals like Iron, calcium, manganese , zinc and copper is advisable.

Hoper this answers your question
Best wishes
