Question: intermittent itch in tip of penis. no discharge no std fully tested 2 rounds of antibiotics. no burning. any ideas

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have itching of the tip of the penis.

1) Are you diabetic?
2) Have you tested your blood sugar levels very recently?
3) Did you have unprotected sex before having this symptom ?

Many a times itching of the tip of the penis is a presenting symptom of diabetes.
Please check your sugar levels on empty stomach and two hours after lunch to rule out/confirm diabetes.
