Need some more information sir

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. If you do not mind me asking, could you respond to a few of my queries sir:

+Do you experience the pain on the bone region or the muscular region (e.g. bone region more around the hip bone or spine region; muscular region more towards the sides away from the spine)?
+What would you say is your daily intake of fluids? In litres please
+Have you ever had a history of low fluid intake? If so, when and how much was the fluid intake then?
+Is your urine concentrated?
+Strong urine odour present or absent?
+Any prostate related issues causing urinary retention? Or due to which you seem to be consuming less amount of fluids?

I look forward to hearing from you in order to helping you better.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Suspecting an abnormality of the renal system

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

Thank you so much for the information.

I believe your symptoms could be associated with an abnormality of the renal system, most likely to be a stone or some sort of an obstruction or infection that is causing the current presentation. A simple investigation like an ultrasound KUB would be of great help to us at this juncture.

Please do consider getting the investigation conducted, and in the meantime drink plenty of water to help flush any possible stone outside your system. Please also do not hesitate to write back to me, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
