Can be muscular pain or urinary infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The dull aching pain in the left pelvic area that is intermittent can be due to-
1. Muscular pain- mostly posture related. The pain subsides with change in posture. Mild pain killers and hot compress helps in pain relief.
2. Urinary infection- Usually associated with burning micturition or pain during erection.
Can be associated with mild fever or renal stones. Can be ruled out by a routine urine examination and ultrasound scan. Oral antibiotics and anti spasmodics are needed for treatment.
3. Gas and indigestion- Constipation and gastritis are aggravating factors. Consulting a gastroenterologist will help.
It is best to consult your physician for direct examination and few investigations to pin point the diagnosis.
I hope this answers your query.
