                                            Can be due to exercise.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Regarding the hematuria with all the tests normal - there are a couple of factors which may have contributed to this. First of all vigorous exercise can sometimes cause a bit of irritation in the bladder. This could lead to some blood escaping into the urine which you may have noticed .
One other possible contributing factor which could've caused this would be that the stress on your muscles can lead to a small amount of muscle breakdown. This can sometimes cause rhabdomyolysis.
Finally vigorous exercise can also cause a bit of irritation of the urethra. This again would translate into mild hematuria. Since urine culture and CT scan are normal there is no need to worry. The abdominal bloating can be related to gas and indigestion.
As far as recommendations for you I would recommend that you continue to be observant of the color and volume of your urine. If it is improving then I think no additional follow-up is needed. If otherwise you do experience a change in symptoms I think you should see a urologist for cystoscopy.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
As far as the pelvic pain there are a host of other things which could contribute to this including changes in the uterine tissue such as endometriosis, bladder spasm or sometimes cystitis. Since your tests are normal there is no need to worry. You can take an over the counter antispasmodic and see if it subsides. Avoid hot and spicy food or acidic drinks.
Hope my answer is helpful.
Do accept my answer in case there are no further queries.
Regards.
