Question : I have been having intermittent severe pain in my Right side, about kidney level. Exacerbated by sudden movement or any kind of jarring.
Have had CT scan with nothing shown, also Ultrasound. Physio thinks it is "lower thoracic facet irritation" and given me stretching exercises, no change after 4 days. The pain is short but very sharp, and limiting what I can do.

*Yes, thoracic vertebral problems may also contribute to the pain.
*Inflammation of the intestines also cause this kind of pain in upper flanks. It may be mild worm infestation or due to any other reason irritating the intestines.
