Brief Answer:
Get an X-ray done.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The swelling you have is likely to be a hematoma and a slight bone injury is likely in the area. The swelling in the ankle further suggests a bone injury. You need to get an X-ray done, keep the leg elevated and do a cold compress for relief.

I hope this answers your query.
