Suggest Treatment For Intermittent Vertigo And Nausea Along With Occasional Heart Palpitations And Flu Like Feeling

after the flight as i told you in my last question i was feeling upset. headache was resolved in one day. but sir after the flight 2 days i was feeling like vomting sometimes. which is now very much ok. but i never vomit its just only a feeling. i was properly feeling hungry and eatig well. my stomach is also near about ok. but sir that head rotating feeling i felt once yesterday also.my throat is very much ok but still a slight pain or a feeling of flue or cold is there between my ears and throat. but sir i am more stressed about this a slight dizzy feeling or head revolving condition it sometimes i observed comes with my head movement and a slight head back side stress is also there. sometimes my heart beat becomes fast . that you told me due to stress. but sir this flue or ear problem which is related with my head revolving , that comes only for a moment , is there no medicine is for that? and does that vomiting feeling is indication of serious condition? that is reduced very much. but still i am having that sometimes.
