Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Haemorrhoids are usually self limiting and will disappear with in 2 weeks time. You can do sits bath mostly after a bowel movement which is very helpful. Pouring warm water on anal area before passing stool is also good. Taking stool softeners like lactulose or sorbitol before bed time is helpful. Non habit forming stool softeners like softovac (ayurvedic proprietary medication) is also good to take. Also take plenty of plain water.
For local application you can use phenylephrine which doesn't have steroid in it.
Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
