Anxiety

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns.

You have noticed recently intrusive thoughts and ideas related to be homosexual. This is a common occurrence and can be very disruptive to your life. To help with these intrusive ideas I would recommend that you possibly see a counselor to help. If you have not have prior success with therapists then I would recommend that you try reading a book called the Anxiety handbook. Just giving your self some tools to help with the anxiety may help reduce your distorted thoughts. When you get the handbook really focus on the assignments and really do them. Just reading the book will not help. you need to do the homework so it becomes part of your life.

I hope this answers your question. Please contact us again with any of your health care concerns or questions
