Question : My girl baby is 4 months oils. I was bf her upto 3.5 months. Few days back I gave Ragi . But she goes for motion once in 3 days. Is it ok to continue Ragi. Then I have to start man pro as my Bm is getting reduced . Is this the right time to start nan pro

Thanks for writing to us.
Breastfeeding should be exclusively done upto 6 months of age.
If your milk output is becoming low, you can add nan pro now.
But for ragi it is better to wait till 6 months.
If you are working and will not be able to feed for more than 10 hours then once a day ragi is fine.
Try increasing your liquid intake to boost milk secretion.
Keep checking her weight monthly to see if she is growing well
