Brief Answer:
Following advice.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read carefully all your concerns and I understood your concerns.

After reviewing the data and your history I would like to say:
1. You are reporting to have stools with bad smell and undigested foods. These symptoms are suggestive for malabsorbtion.
2. Irregular bowel movement ( no specific time) and the mix of cosistency maybe related to IBS ( irritable bowel syndrome ), malabsorbtion or gallbladder / pancreas issues.

This is why if I was your treating doctor I would suggest doing the following examinationsto find out what is causing your symptoms:
- Abdominal ultrasound to rule out /confirm gallbladder pancreatic issues
- Upper endoscopy
- Fecal exams for malabsorbtion
- coproculture

Meantime I would like to suggest a healthy lifestyle and diet, which consists of:
- eat often and small portions
- avoid alcohol, caffeine and energy drink
- avoid spicy food, sweets, dairy products etc.
- use simeticone to reduce abdominal flatulence
- use antacids ( Malox )
- chamomile tea

Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!
Dr. Klerida
