Question: I have irregular menstrual cycle with a gap of 2 months or so , need a good reference of gynaecologist in XXXXXXX for my examination. I stay in Borivali East.

1)What is your age? 29 as already mentioned in my profile
2) Have you done any test?no only sonography check in Dec. 2015 which showed no slight swelling in ovary as my periods were on
3)In how many days it come? 2 months or 2.5 months
4)Suffering with thyroid or not? No
5)Any other associated symptom? Please be specific which associated symptoms.

Your symptoms are most likely due to hormonal imbalance.
You can consult with a good gynecologist Dr XXXXXXX R kher in Niraamay Mothercare center opposite to joggers park.
Symptoms I am asking like abdominal pain, vaginal discharge etc.

ok thanks! I sometimes have pain in stomach when the flow is heavy & no otherwise issues except the issue that the periods continue for more than 10-12 days when they come after a gap of 2 months. Further, Can you please suggest a lady gynaec instead of Male in XXXXXXX I stay in Borivali East

Repeat ultrasound required.

Hi,
Sorry for such a long delay in my response.
You must repeat your pelvic ultrasound to rule out fibroid or any other causes of prolonged menses but sometimes it could be due to hormonal imbalance.
You can consult other doctors there in the same hospital, I believe there is female gynecologist.
You can repeat your thyroid test as well.
