Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome to HCM forum.
Thanks for posting to us.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.
Can you tell me, when you had taken the last dose of I pill, and for how long you are trying for pregnancy? Are you and partner living together, and how frequently you are having intercourse?
Also, are you having any medical illnesses?

4 pills in 3 weeks is too frequent for ipill. It is not to be used frequently like this; such use can cause menstrual irregularities and other side effects associated with progesterone use. Anyhow infertility is not a side effect and fertility usually returns after discontinuing the pill.

It will take few months after last pill for cycles to be regular. After your cycles become regular, try for pregnancy in the mid cycle (11th to 18th days of cycle). This is the fertile period.

Evaluation for infertility is usually done only if pregnancy fails to occurs after 1 year of unprotected sex.

Hope this answer will help.
Kindly follow up.
Thank you.
