Question : Hello,m 31 year old.i had miscarriage last aug2015 , the doc said sac is empty nd no heartbeat. Also my Husband at that time was on antidepression medication and now on mild dose. we are trying since last 6months.my husband semen analysis is normal.doct gave me ovigen dsr for 15 days nd folic acid,last 3months siphne is taken by 3times(15tab)nd now doct suggest me placentex injection.5injections on alternate days.my all test are normal.my cycle is 31days.suggest me how i get pregnent.

greetings.
I understand your concern.
since you have conceived once there may not be any anatomical problems.
Hope the recent semen analysis is normal in all parameters. You have taken siphene for ovulation induction. so are you having PCOD.?
Is your cycles regular ?

I suggest you to take siphene from second day of next cycle and go for follicular study. That means you should be visiting your sonologist and get a scan on 4th or 5th day.Again on 8th day to know the size of follicle .it is repeated every 2 days till the follicle reaches 18mm .Daily intercourse from now onwards .scan repeated after 2 days to confirm ovulation.Intercourse continued daily for 2 more days.
This study will help to find out about your ovulation and timed intercourse helps in conception.
If no ovulation you will need further medicines .you have to consult an infertility specialist .

Thanks doct.i hav no pcos.nd my period are irrrgular from d last two months otherwise regular.doct did d folical study.in march 2016dere is late ovulation nd doct gave me d injection to increse d size of folical nd also for d rupture but in d april d size nd d ovulution is normal.recent semen analysis is normal.is dere any hormons imbalance??i dont know d reason why m not conceiving.i hav one son who is 5years old.

Hi

Is there any other reasons for delayed periods?
are you obese or having thyroid dysfunction.?

If there is delay in follicular development then you will need a close monitoring with an infertility specialist and IUI can be tried consecutively 3 to 4 times with hormonal induction of ovulation.
Because timed intercourse with injection for ovulation induction may not give satisfactory results.

Thanks doct for ur answers.m not obese not underweight.my thyriod function is normal.last months d ovulation is normal nd size is gud.two eggs was relesed last month in left ovary.

And tried timed intercourse.?
am I right ?
If so I suggest you to go for 3 more IUIs.
Because we can't keep on stimulating the ovaries.
