Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation While Having PCOD
Question: I have a three year old son. After delivery my periods started when he was around 6 months. But till now it has'nt become regular. Periods comes in 2-3 months gap. When I had an unltrasound 6 months back I was told I have PCOD. But not to have any medicines but to do regular excercises and all. I was 57 Kg before becoming pregnant. Now I am 65 . I am not reducing weight. I walk daily for 20 minutes. I had my periods last in October beginning. Please let me know how to proceed with this.
