Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods Along With Ovarian Cyst
Question: I am 26 years old female.
History: I have ovarian cyst problem,with ir-regular periods. While planning of pregnency,we went to doc,she given me harmonal treatment for 1 month.
When I had period she started N-clomid tablets for 5 days from day 3rd of menstrual cycle. Then we monitored my ovulation, my left overy ovulated 19th
day of menstrual cycle.
I missed my period on 1st Feb, then prgency test seems positive with faint pink line. I went to doc, she asked me to re-test pregnency test afte r 4-5 days.
But after 2-3 days I had pain on left side of abdomen (that was not too severe) and some spotting. Then we had internal sonography,
but didn't find any extra/intra gasetional/yolk sac. Then tested HCG level, count is too low it's only 270. Then we tested my HCG level and internal sonography after
alternate 4 days. We found tubal pregncy of 9*7 mm(with no heartbeats). Then she given me Methatroxate injection, and monitored my HSG level, but it dosen't fall
down as expected.
Then I undergone laproscopy surgery to remove my ectopic pregency(24 Feb,2015), according her she didn't removed my tube,only pregency was removed
and also they checked my other organs Uterus, fallopian tubes,both overies they found they are well, also they removed endometroisis.
As we want to take second opinion and don't want to take any risk while our next planning. We went to another doc, according to him it's due to tubal infections.
He given me antibiotic treatement of Tab Azee and Tab Doxypal. Also suggested to take Inj Rvac and folic acid tab once in week.
I also want to take suggestion from you that what should we care while next pregency as am still having probelm with ir-regular periods.How to avoid next

You are getting the right treatment to treat any pelvic infections. This will further reduce the chances of ectopic pregnancy. It is best to again go for ovulation induction therapy - Clomid after you have your normal periods. Do continue with the treatment you are getting. Continue taking folic acid supplements.

Thanks for your reply. Currently am not taking any treatment for irregular period, but doing suryanamskar and some asanas. On my period date, am suffering from abdomen pain, that too sever on left side, but periods won't ccome.
