Brief Answer:
Irregular periods.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to healthcare Magic.

I have gone through your query and Would like to reply in detail as follows:

1. The most common reason for Irregular periods is PCOS.

2. Please get ultrasound scan done to diagnose PCOS.

3. Other reasons could be stress , or exam time stress or change of place.

4. Other possibility could be hypogonadism or premature ovarian failure. Please get FSH, LH , AMH blood test done to rule out the same.

I hope your doubt is clarified. Let me know if you wish any other information.

Regards,
Dr. Soumya
