Brief Answer:
Delay in periods is due to lactation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
If you are breast feeding your baby then it is normal not to have periods even after taking medicines due to high prolactin levels in the body. Taking hormonal tablets during breast feeding is not recommended. You need to use adequate contraceptive measures like barrier method- condoms or a multiload to prevent unwanted pregnancy.
The periods will gradually become regular once you stop the breast feeding. You can continue taking Folera as it will help in better lactation and baby's development.
Cycloset syrup will help in decreasing the prolactin levels and will help in resuming your periods normally. You can continue using it in case you want your periods to resume early.

Brief Answer:
It is normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Even if you are breast feeding the baby only once or twice in a day the delay in periods is normal. The periods will return to normal once you will stop the breast feeding. There is no need to worry.
Hope my answer is helpful.
