Brief Answer:
Pills or curettage needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I understand your concerns and anxiety related to the issue.
It is not a good sign that despite of this maximum treatment you are still bleeding.
If at all you have done a pregnancy test and it is negative then you will need an curettage of endometrium and then further analysis accordingly via histopathological assessment of the tissue obtained by curettage.
Another option is to start high estrogen containing oral pills like doluton L or ovral -G after consulting your gynecologist.
These pills will stop bleeding and give you good cycle control.
In any case visit your gynecologist and discuss both the options.
All the best
Regards
Dr Manisha
