Detailed Answer:
Hi!

Welcome to health care magic!

I am Dr. Saddiq Ul Abidin. I have read your problem in detail and will try to help you in best way possible.

It would have been more appreciable if you had shared the picture of the rash. Though location and discription as you shared, can suggest a variety of conditions with such rash but considering it to be cancerous is a very premature call, specially when there are no associatrd symptoms of weight loss or malaise.

Also that, if it is associated with fever or sever pain and inflammation then infective origins like herpes can be thought of. In any case you need to visit a dermatologist at the earliest, and get it examined in detail. You may also be asked for some blood tests as well as biopsy of the lesion. That can suggest final etiology and cause of the rash.

Meanwhile for itching you can use anti histamines like cetrizine along with analgesics if pain appears. You also need to discus for a proper diet plan with a nutritionist along with regular exercises or light gym for weight control as it can lead to many other comorbidities so it is high time for the intervention before it is too late.

Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. kindly rate me before closing, and leave your feedback if possible.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ul abidin.
