Question : my testicles are irritated and itch sometimes

dermotoligist seen me , not std, but did find bacteria with swab

gave me a prescription

but testicle irritated

the hairs on my testicles very dry and hurts when touched

I treat such cases with topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole to be applied twice daily for a month.
It is safe and effective.
