Question : I have an irritated penis for a month now. It is sore and red I=in one section lower head area. it is very tender and what is best to make it heal?

I understand your concern.
First of all, let me tell you that there are many reasons behind sores over penis. Some are very minor, whereas some require specific tests and treatments. I suggest you to do the following-

Get a blood sugar test done. If you are diabetic, you might have to adjust dosage.
Avoid sex and get tested for STDs if you are sexually active.
Get a culture done from the lesion. That will specifically diagnose the organism causing it. But till reports come, you can take tab coamoxyclav 625mg thrice daily for 5 days and apply antibacterial-antifungal cream locally for 7-10days. Keep the area clean and don't manipulate with the sore.
Get a complete hemogram done.
You can consult your doctor for prescription of the above.
Get back with the reports.
