Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I am Dr. kakkar (dermatologist).
I have gone through your query and I have viewed the images.
You seem to have eczematous dermatitis. I would suggest you to use a topical potent steroid cream e.g either clobetasol propionate 0.05% cream or mometasone furoate 0.1% cream, twice daily. These are prescription medication.
In addition I also suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g tablet cetrizine 10mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching.
