Question : I noticed a irritation at the opening of my vagina thought it might be a yeast infection so I looked and there is a area right at the opening that has extra skin almost pimple like but also like a tag of skin it is itchy and irritated

How can a skin tag just form there so quickly never had a tag ever before? Also it is just entering the opening of my vagina
