Question : I have an irritation that appears as an infection on a finger between the 1st and 2nd knuckle painful red full of clear pus

It seems like a bacterial skin infection. I suggest you to apply a topical antibacterial cream/ ointment e.g 2% Mupirocin ointment or Neosporin ointment, twice daily for a week.
